Groove Go motor system
Simplified, distraction-free e-biking
Comfort: 29in wheels and 100mm travel
What we like…
The Groove Go motor system only has one button! The single button on the battery turns on the bike, and changes the power setting.
It takes a while to get used to having no handlebar display on an e-bike, but there is something nice about it; perhaps because it is a throwback to conventional cycling…except you get 250w of power.
What you’ll like…
High spec components for a hub motor bike. Many of these bike components you would expect on a more expensive crank motor e-bike. The forks and brakes in particular are very good for an e-bike that sits just above £1000.
Summary: At a little over £1000, this is a lot of bike for the money. If you don’t want to stretch to a crank drive system, consider the Whistler .
