Description

One of the best e-bikesThe Hawk is a superb e-bike for everyday use and utility.

We’ve been selling the FreeGo Hawk almost since the beginning of the business and it’s always been a popular e-bike for commuters. We like FreeGo for its back up and technical support, while you’ll like the fact that until 31st December, you can get £100 cashback.

Choose either the  standard 10ah battery version or 16AH battery for an additional £200. This will give you additional range should you wish to travel confidently over 50 miles on a single charge.

The FreeGo Hawk is an entry level commuter electric bike that comes in either a crossbar or stepthrough frame. The Hawk is equipped with everything you need from a daily bike from the get go, including mudguards, lights and a rack, and stand.

It is well suited for the type of cycling that the majority of people actually do – popping down to the shops, commuting or leisure rides, but also has the toughness and equipment to handle light to medium trails confidently if you are looking to those off road trails for the weekend or holiday trips.

They have a powerful 36v battery combined with the robust frame, most bikes in this price bracket only come with 24/26v battery making this bike exceptional value for money.e-bikes for smart savers coin

Have owned a Freego Hawk for two year. All I can say is I WOULD NEVER BE WITHOUT IT. BEST MONEY I EVER SPENT. I have both hips replace and have had a triple heart bypass but I cycle everywhere. I have freedom and independence.

had mine for just under two years done over 3.000 mile which is about 30 -35 miles per week. I have had no trouble at all with this bike and it takes steep hills every time I go out. Build quality is brilliant . Would truly recommend.

had my freego hawk for about two years ,the only problem, being broken spokes in the rear wheel, which ive read can be an issue if you are over 15 stone. however freego have been excellent . the first time they reimbursed the cost of the wheel rebuild at the bike shop. recently after another spoke went, freego have rebuilt the back wheel with a new rim and new 12 guage spokes with no charge except for courier. i certainly think they care about aftersales more than alot of their rivals.i dont understand though why freego dont fit the 12 guage spokes as standard. as ive read online im not the only one with this issue. overall an excellent bike , as ive had no other problems ,apart from this.i have reccomended freego to people ,who have seen my bike.

Generally satisfied with the performance of this bike which I have owned since October 2014. The only real problem is the spokes in the rear wheel that keep breaking. On to my 8th one now. Waiting to hear back from FreeGo to see what they can do about it. Otherwise the bike is of good build quality.

Great bike. Purchased Saturday and first 20 mile commute completed today. Was a little concerned that the battery was going to die on my last leg but got home fine. Waiting on larger battery which should help to reduce the stress. Used only assist 2 for much of journey home but treated myself to full assistance for last hill which was a treat. Bike looks great, only negative is the weight but really didn’t notice on the ride. Lights were super bright and I love the break light. Would definitely recommend. 1.5 hr bus journey took 40 mins. Worth every penny.
